My Left Wrist, Left Shoulder, And Left Side Of Jaw

My left wrist, left shoulder, and left side of jaw have been hurting. There has been no injury. In addition every time I step on my left foot forward to hard or turn my neck to the left...I have this strange electric shock that occurs in my facial area. Any ideas?
