My Leg Highly Sick And Also My Abdomen Also Hugh

My leg highly sick and also my abdomen also hugh compare to other body part; before one or two year Doctor said that i get a Wild/Small stage/ liver sign in ur laboratory sample test after that my strength is slowly down and my leg and also half of my body also is weak so please say realy it is the Liver damage sign and How can i treat the above disease?
