My Legs Hurt Below My Knees .. It Feels Like

My legs hurt below my knees .. it feels like the bones are sore and right foot swells up and feet hurt. I am overweight.. they get better if I walk. When I first stand up...it is painful. Can only take Tylenol because of Avib. Going to get shots in knees but I feel that thete is some jp8 t problem or muscles.
