My Lips And Surrounding Skin Have Been Sensitive, Red, And

My lips and surrounding skin have been sensitive, red, and irritated for almost 9 months now. I have been to both an allergist and dermatologist. Dermatologist discovered i am allergic to steroid creams when he gave me the basic 50 ingredient allergy test. He told me to only use Vaseline. I am still experiencing the lip irriation. I cannot use any lip products including Vaseline and aquaphor it seems but do anyways or else my lips would be incredibly dry. Please help!
