My Lips Are Peeling Almost Like Scorisis Or Excema. I

My lips are peeling almost like scorisis or excema. I have to exfoliate them several times a day with a wash cloth. "Chapsticks", lotion for dry skin, etc. does not seem to help for very long. Have had for about 3 weeks. No fever or or other symptoms. No mouth sores. Are somewhat sensitive to salt, pepper (I don't eat a lot of spicy stuff). No symptoms like this any where else. Any ideas?! Thanks!!
