My Little Boy Is Nearly 7 Months Old. I've Noticed

My little boy is nearly 7 months old. I've noticed this week hes got spots at the top of his bum nr his butt crack and at the top of his bum crack its a bit red but the spots above it look like white head spots but sore and not ready to pop. Any suggestions on what this could be?
