My Little Finger On My Right Hand Was Completely Numb

My little finger on my right hand was completely numb for about half hour. I kept trying to massage it so it would get circulation and it finally came back to normal. About three months ago same think happened to three of my fingers. Should I be concerned. Sorry can't afford to pay
