My Little Girl (2 Years Old) Has Had A Chest

My little girl (2 years old) has had a chest infection this week, which she was prescribed antibiotics for. My newborn son (4 weeks old) had now developed a chesty cough - started yesterday. His temperature seems ok 36.8 degrees, and we've cleared his nose with saline drops. Should we take him to see a GP? Many thanks.
