My Liver Hurts, At Least I Think It's My Liver.

My liver hurts, at least I think it's my liver. I don't have any other symptoms of liver problems, but since I started taking hormones a few months ago, it feels tingly and painful. What kind of specialist should I go to? I had my gall bladder out a few years ago, and had an endoscopic sonogram a year and a half ago and all was fine, just nerve damage from surgery. I also had my gynecologist do a full liver blood panel six months ago and everything was fine.
