My Liver Is Enlarged Approx 18.0 Cm. Portal Vein Is

My liver is enlarged approx 18.0 cm. Portal vein is 14-15 mm. Impression written on report : Hepatomegaly with Grade II Fatty infiltration and prominent portal. It is all due to heavy consumption of liquor for 6 month (approx 3/4 bottle of whiskey per day from morning to night). Now I have reduced the liquor to just 60 ML per day -- my appointment with the doctor is next week. I would like to take advice at this forum before hand. Regards
