My Lo Is 2 Months And Since 3 Weeks She

My lo is 2 months and since 3 weeks she is very irregular in her bowel movement,she is exclusive Breastfeeding and not constipated but after 4-5 days she gets cranky and starts to throw up she passes motion once in 6-7 days, pls suggest how can I regularize her BM.
