My lower back began hurting off and on a few months ago and recently it has become a constant pain. I kind of feel pain through out my joints, in my hips and thighs and oddly enough my left ankle hurts but nothing has happened to it but I can actually touch this pain. My knees often hurt as well. I was tested for RA, negative. I have done PT, and stretch therapy. I go to the Chiropractor and that doesn't help with the pain. Recently, this last week, my family doctor tested my thyroid, I have hypothyroidism, but everything was good. He did further testing to make sure that I didn't have hosimoto's. I do not. Then he did a CBC, a vitamin D check and some other basic blood tests. My NEUT came up as high, 67.0 and my BUN was low, 6. When I went into the office this week, I was really thinking that I had osteo something. However, my calcium levels were normal. My vitamin D was normal.. I am 36 years old. Im 5'6 and weigh about 123 pounds. I eat a vegetarian diet with low dairy intake but I take a multivitamin and calcium daily.
