My Lower Jawbone Is Growing; My Lower Jaw Teeth Are

My lower jawbone is growing; my lower jaw teeth are way to the front and I have severe pain. I don't know what doctor to see. My brother has a surgery many years ago in where the jawbone was cut in both sides to make it smaller. I have no idea what doctor to see first do check on this.
