My Lower Left Side, Below The Rib And Around The

My lower left side, below the rib and around the left side I have a dull pain. Every now and then when I swallow I can feel a light sharp pain. I have no bleeding, and my bowel movement is as normal as it ever was. I noticed that when I swallow I can feel it go down and then the light pain on the left. Also, when I go to sleep on my left side it is uncomfortable. I also have been waking up with my lower left rib being a little sore
