My Lower Legs Are Tuning Black And It Pains Too..as

My lower legs are tuning black and it pains too..as well I have vericose veins but they are not swelled yet..but are appeared and I don't know to which type of doctors I should prefer to cure it. As well if it can be cured then,can it be cured by home remedies??
