My Lower Lumber And Right Hip Has Been Hurting Off

My lower lumber and right hip has been hurting off and on for many months. The pain radiates to the right side with discomfort in the upper right side of my buttocks and hip. Have been to a chiropracticor who said my hip was out of alignment, he did some readjustments and I came out in more pain. Went to another chiropractor that specializes in sports medicine and he said my muscles were so tight and inflamed that next to my lower on the right it felt hard like a bone. He said my hip was out of alignment but he did not want to realign because my muscle were so tight he would risk tearing them. He did some tissues pressure therapy and had some relief but no full permanent relief. I'm a runner eventually started having pain in my knees which I attributed to over compensation. I have an indention over the right side of buttock and also on the right side of my spine. X-ray has shown nothing and my doctor thought it was a bulging disc, but I'm not confident. I saw a Rheumatologist who concluded it was just normal back pain from daily movement. I'm very frustrated and it impacts my ability to do strength training and I enjoy crossfit. I am so frustrated and need suggestions!
