My Lower Right And Left Abdomen Hurts. I Think Is

My lower right and left abdomen hurts. I think is my ovaries. What can I do to put them back in place. I thing the are too down. A year a go I felt something in my vagina. Must be my uterus?? Not so sure. After the my whole body stings. Like if I have cramps in my body. What type of check ups I have to do? Does fall of ovary has to do with cysts too?
