My Lungs Feel Heavy And Scratchy. It's A Feeling Hard

My lungs feel heavy and scratchy. It's a feeling hard to describe. I had a small P.E in my right lung 4 and half months ago that is now gone. But I still have shortness of breath and now this odd heavy scratchy feeling. I have also has plurisy 2 times in the lady 2 months. Please help
