My Lymph Node On The Left Side Of The Back

My lymph node on the left side of the back of my head is barely swollen, and now the one on the right side of the back of my ear is slightly swollen . The lymph node on the left doesn't hurt, when I discovered it, it was the size of a marble now it has shrunk a lot and has stayed the same size for two months. But I started having pain on the right sight of my head over the weekend, it felt like it was shooting through my temple, and now my temple is tender, along with my ear and the lymph node behind my ear. And the doctor seen the lymph node on the left and didn't think it was anything to be alarmed of, but the lymph node on the right just came up a few days ago.
