My Lympnodes In My Arm Pit Are Swollen Along With

My lympnodes in my arm pit are swollen along with pain and numbness that goes almost to the elbow.. Pain seems to be movi g into my breast. Can't sleep on that side at all hurts to bad. Mamogram came back good. Did blood work phosphate low and alkaline low. Taking naproxen for swelling. Been over a month now had ultrasound done a week and a half ago and mri on back still no results from that should I be worried what could be causing this. It all seemed to start with a really hard painful cough when I had the flu.
