My Male Friend Who Is 53 Yrs Old Has Had

My male friend who is 53 yrs old has had a problem lately of throbbing in his neck artery. He says he is experiencing being hot and cold too. He gets tired easy. He had a massive head injury about 4 years ago and since then at times he gets really bad headaches and one side of his face will slump and he will drool. If he rest is usually goes away within a few hours. His speech will get slurred. He was told that was because of the head injury. But this throbbing is new. Its like a hard beat he says. He also has many of the signs of MS. Weakness, tired, his back always hurts. He gets very irritable. I am worried about the problem he seems to be having in his neck. Could it be a blockage of the artery? Thank you.
