My Mammogram Showed That I Have Calcification In My Right

My mammogram showed that I have calcification in my right breast about 2 months ago. two weeks ago I was examining my breast and found a red bump about the size of a dime with a whitehead in the middle. it keeps draining when I'm in the shower and then gets a small scab on it, can calcification go away on it's own, or could it be an infection?
