My Man Accidentally Yelled In My Ear 2 Days Ago

My man accidentally yelled in my ear 2 days ago when I was playing around with hihe gelled very loud about a inch from my ear, now I can't even handle the sound of my own voice and its hard for me to chew I wake up a lot from the pain and I can't handle low volume too, the pain is getting worse what should I do????
