My Mcv Has Gradually Increased Over The Last 6 Years

My mcv has gradually increased over the last 6 years to 102. I drink wine daily and my doctor thinks I might be drinking too much. All other labs normal with exception of wbc 4.2. Rarely ever drink more than half bottle of wine. Am I at risk for liver failure?
