My Menstrual Cycle Was 3 Days Late. Then When It

My menstrual cycle was 3 days late. Then when it came was so heavy with clots the size of silver dollars. Then it was done within 3 days. Day 4 I was perfectly fine then the following day I had a brownish blood. Not alot just a tiny bit. Should I be concerned. I have had a tubal done 5 1/2 years ago.
