My Mentration Usually Comes Every Last Week Of The Month

My mentration usually comes every last week of the month then last month it was delayed.. i was worry i do a prwgnancy test and it was negative then after a 6 day my mentration come but only 1 day so this month it was delayed again .. what maybe the couse im 32 yrs old pls help me..
