My Mid Lower Back Is Hurting (right Below My Ribs

My mid lower back is hurting (right below my ribs but above the small of my back) I thought I had a uti due to painful burning urination, I have been taking Bactrim since Sunday but the back pain just started last night and was only in my right side but is now on both sides. What could it be?
