My Middle Toe Has Been Swollen And The Ball Of

My middle toe has been swollen and the ball of my foot. Now the 2 toe is really swollen and its hard to bend my toes. A xray showed bone deteriation in the middle one and blood work came back no diabetes, no gout or arthritis just some sort of immflamation and 3 dr.s so far have no clue some times the swelling goes down and then will flair back up it Is very painful
