My Mini Schnauzer Puppy Has Red Spots On His Underside,

My mini schnauzer puppy has red spots on his underside, they are about the size of a dime. It started out with two spots on his belly and each day there are two more, now they have spread so that there are spots inside his legs ,neck and chest. They are not together and are random. They do not weep.
