My Miniature Dachshunds Are Both Experiencing Pain. They Both Have

My miniature dachshunds are both experiencing pain. They both have trouble walking up stairs, are shivering and are tender to touch when I pick them up. My little girl had these symptons a couple months ago, but after four doses of pain medication, returned to normal. They can't both have disc disease occurring at the same time, could they?
