My Mirena Recently Expired 2 Months Ago Because My Medical

My mirena recently expired 2 months ago because my medical insurance was canceled and so I can't get it removed yet. My fiance and I have unprotected sex often. A few months ago my periods returned to the way they were before mirena. Then like a week ago I had brown thick and a bit of red bleeding that lasted only 2-3 days.(my normal is heavy flow for atleast 7 days before the mirena and for the past few months) I have an acne increase, faster growing unwanted hair, needing to pee frequently(no pain),feeling pressure in my lower abdomen, also my skin feels suprisingly tighter than usuall i only noticed because i have alot of excess skin from weightloss, good smells are stronger but not feeling sick like I did with tastes and smells in my first pregnancy. I am going to take a test asap but I want to know If test is positive, will the baby be able to survive because the mirena is expired? I wasn't planning or hoping for this but if I am pregnant I would be happy so I'm curious to know if there's a better chance of carrying the baby full term
