My Mom Accidentally Stamped On Neighbour Adopted Dog Leg. He

My mom accidentally stamped on neighbour adopted dog leg. He has been bitten by another dogs and is not vaccinated. My mom is not sure if he has bitten her or if there is a scratch on her from dogs nail on her leg. She has taken tetanus injection and doctor said to avoid anti rabies injection.
