My Mom Called Me This Morning To Come And Help

My mom called me this morning to come and help her, she couldnt get up and she had messed in her bed in the night and didn't even know it until she woke up. When I got there she was breathing hard, was up walking with her walker and said her head was hurting really bad in the back. What would cause her to do that.
