My Mom Choked Today On Peanut Butter Or The Bread..her

My mom choked today on peanut butter or the bread..her eyes rolled back n she was dazed n unresponsive for about 45 seconds..mom is obese n in a wheelchair from. Stroke 2 years ago..she turned purplish in color..the nurse performed the Heimlich mAneuver and thank god mom burped loudly and. And was conscious ...no food came up they suctioned mom but no food was in her mouth ..mom also has a feeding tube..she has been eating peanut butter sandwiches for past 9 months ..with no problems..bp was checked 120/70 pulse 50==blood sugar 200 she was responsive and able to move toes n fingers ..why was no food dislodged? Can your eye balls roll back n can you stare unresponsively with choking ? Or was this. Seizure? Chest X-ray showed no enlarged heart n lungs were clear.
