My Mom Has Been Having Trouble While Eating With Air

My mom has been having trouble while eating with air getting cut off. It doesn't happen every time she eats. Also has been vomiting at different times off and on and even in the middle of night. This has been going on for several months, wondering what it may be? Yes I finally talked her into getting a Doctors visit.
