My Mom Has Been On 150 Mg Of Venlafaxine -

My mom has been on 150 mg of venlafaxine - it was increased to 225 around Dec 20th. She started to different behavior so I reduced the venlafaxine back to 150 mg. Only problem once I started tis do that she decided that she was not going to eat or drink liquids. She has been without fluids for 2 days since she was given an IV on Thursday. She will not eat or drink let alone take the medication for withdrawal. What can I do?
