My Mom Has Had A Rash For About 6-8 Months.

My mom has had a rash for about 6-8 months. It started at her ankles. Looked like chiggers. Went away but came back on her ankle and legs. Went to doctor and they didn't know what it was. They gave her some cream to help with the itching. She has had 3 different doctors to look at it. This week it is on her upper back, a few on her left arm and on her ankles and feet.
