My Mom Has Hyperinflated Lungs Per Chest Xray. We Are

My mom has hyperinflated lungs per chest xray. We are waiting on blood work results. Her symptoms are swollen ankles and feet, shortness of breath, very swollen eyes, frequently going to bathroom at night, more fatigued than normal. Any ideas of what I need to ask her dr about.
