My Mom Have A Paranoid Schizophrenia Since Last 20 Yrs

My mom have a paranoid schizophrenia since last 20 yrs but she don't want to go hospital and even don't want to take the medicine but now I took her to the hospital dr prescribe olimelt10 and orazep1 and I'm giving this med to her by mixing in her tea from last 3 month but I cannot see any changes .. How long does it take to recover from it?
