My mom is 56, and she has been having bad lower back pain and has been constipated for a week. She went to the doctor and they diagnosed her with being constipated and advised her to take the medicine that you take before you have a colonoscopy. She finally had a bowel movement the next morning and then did not have another one for two days until she took her some more medicine . The doctor called her and said that they found A spot on her pancreas. they send her lab results to a general practitioner. Should we bypassed them and go straight to a gastroenterologist?
