My Mom Is 60 Years Old And Recently She Got

My mom is 60 years old and recently she got blood clot in her calf. So, doctor prescribed Ecosprin 75 mg. She normally takes Calcium, Vitamin D3 supplements and also Fish oil tablets as she is Vegan.

Can you please let me know if she can use all the supplements while taking Ecosprin? Also are there any food restrictions? Is it good to eat Pomegranate and grapes on a regular basis for easing the blood flow?
