My Mom Is 70 Yrs Old And Just Had An

My mom is 70 yrs old and just had an episode of memory block/loss. She was missing and found hours later in a town she is unfamiliar with and cannot recall anything. Her normal routine was to pick up my children after school and me after work but she never showed. She does not have/dementia or has not been diagnosed with memory disorders...any suggestions.
