My Mom Is 76 Years Old. She Is In Good

My mom is 76 years old. She is in good health but she does have diabetes which she keeps under control with medicine . Yesterday she started having a sinus head ache. She used a neti pot yesterday and said she thinks it helped a little. Today her stomach hurts and is running 101 of fever. She says her chest feels tight but she is not coughing anything up. She says she just feels like yuck. What do you think the problem is?
