My Mom Is 80. Her Blood Pressure Has Been About

My mom is 80. Her blood pressure has been about 194/97 She says she is on a low dose of Lorarean Potassium but her doctor is not upping nor changing her meds. He has been limited in his response to her needs before, saying it is "just old age" but because he is "nice", she does not want to leave him. I am looking for some wording that she can use to encourage him to look at upping or changing her medicine at her appt. next week. Thank you.
