My mom is 82 and has recently become obsessed with "animals in her stomach and in her stool". She also rcently began hearing someone singing. She woke up at four a.m and thought she heard the gardener mowing the lawn. She has never had any mental problems or abnormal behavior. Who do your commend I take her to see. Her internist has ordered a stool sample and has told her I is extremely unlikely that she has anything wrong.???????
