My Mom Is 91 And I Took Her To Her

My mom is 91 and I took her to her pcp yesterday. The tech tried to take her blood pressure 3 times with no results. Shortly my mom's head dropped and she became unresponsive. Her eyes were somewhat open and her mouth was open and she began to drool. This lasted for a minute or more before I grabbed a wet cloth and put it to her forehead and wiped her face and mouth and also began to fan her with another moist cloth. She slowly came back to life by first yawning a few times before she was able to raise her head and become responsive. What happened here? Thank you.
