My Mom Is Nearly 45 And She Suffers From Third

My mom is nearly 45 and she suffers from third degree degeneration in the medial meniscus and aslo has a discoid lateral meniscus in her left knee. We also knew that she has a second degree degeneration in two discs of her lumbar vertebra. These problems cause her terrible pain in her back and the lateral side of her left knee and also along the lateral side of her left leg .She also has tingling in the toes of her left leg. She still feels the pain even after taking analgesics. Is there any treatment ?
