My Mom Put Me On The Birth Control Shot ,

My mom put me on the birth control shot , a couple months ago. I have only had the shit twice. But since I have gotten the shit, I have a thick brownish discharge, it burns, and itches. So, doctor can you tell me what's going on ? Should I be worried? It has been going on for like a month now .
