My Mom Recently Had Her Gallbladder Removed. Two Days After

My mom recently had her gallbladder removed. Two days after her surgery she started throwing up and was diagnosed with a blocked bowel. It was repaired and a tube was placed in her stomach. It came out one day ago. She is currently in the hospital and has begin to throw up again and it smells like rotten eggs. She was on a liquid diet. Her abdomin looks a bit bloated. Is there something else that the doctor should be looking at?
