My Mom Took In Her Chihuahua And She Has A

My mom took in her chihuahua and she has a fever. She also had her anal glads worked on and they were full. They found a heart murmur. My mom is by her self and doesn't bring in much money. They wanted to do xray but she doesn't have much money. What can she do about the fever?
